Jonathan Douglas offered to bring a Kia Sorento to my home about 6 miles from the dealership so I could test drive the car. I was impressed immediately with Koons desire to get my business. The Koons service area is recently refurbished and makes a good first impression. The dealership is nicely situated to serve the northwest Baltimore market and is easy to get to from the Beltway and Owings Mills, Pikesville and Randallstown area. The car I wanted was in stock with the options I wanted. The trade in on my used car was fair. The Kia Motor buyer enhancements, rebates, interest rates were superior (at least through Oct 31, 2011). Rachel Barnes, the finance person, was professional, cheerful, and polite. She didn't pressure to buy the "extras" services, but politely reviewed them and moved on if I declined.
