I surfed online for cars first. I contacted three of them. Two responded right away. I visited both and Koons had the better deal of the two. My sales rep was easy to work with and personable. The only negative was that the finance girl got a little huffy when I kept blowing off their service contract offers. She also didn't call back with an answer to a question I had. Bottom line, it was an overall good experience. I don't have to deal with the finance girl and will direct all my questions to my sales rep., Paula, should I have any in the future. More
