I surfed online for cars first. I contacted three of them. Two responded right away. I visited both and Koons had the better deal of the two. My sales rep was easy to work with and personable. The only negative was that the finance girl got a little huffy when I kept blowing off their service contract offers. She also didn't call back with an answer to a question I had.
