This will be my last time visiting this dealership for any reason. I will take my car to a different dealership for any further work, and I will not be returning to buy my next vehicle. At one service appointment they left the oil drain plug loose. I was out my vehicle for several days, and had to pay to get it towed. At my last appointment I had to fight to get coverage from the maintenance plan THEY sold me and they STILL didn't complete all the required maintenance. I highly recommend going anywhere else. More

One of the worst buying experience I have ever had. I had my windshield replaced on my brand new car and I didn't like it. Just keep your expectations extremely low and you will have a great experience. Definitely never comimg back here. And I was going to buy another car. What a shame. More

SHADY, SHADY, SHADY- wasted our time! Bumped the price of a used car up $1000 after we test drove and said we were interested.
