One of the worst buying experience I have ever had. I had my windshield replaced on my brand new car and I didn't like it. My salesman Javon Page ghosted me after couple of days of selling me the car. I had my windshield replaced on my brand new car and I didn't like it. My salesman Javon Page ghosted me after couple of days of selling me the car. Not surprising at all. Just don't expect anything spectacular from this dealer. Just keep your expectations extremely low and you will have a great experience. Definitely never comimg back here. And I was going to buy another car. What a shame. More

SHADY, SHADY, SHADY- wasted our time! Bumped the price of a used car up $1000 after we test drove and said we were interested. Came back the next day to purchase and they added the $1000 Bumped the price of a used car up $1000 after we test drove and said we were interested. Came back the next day to purchase and they added the $1000 to the bottom line!! The sales manager Josh- just a cocky jerk. No thanks!! We won’t buy from another Koons anything AGAIN!! More

My experience with the sales associate Tomas Wiedel was amazing. We’ve been in talks for a 2024 KIA for about 4 weeks and he constantly checked in on me. I let him know my situation and he made it happen o amazing. We’ve been in talks for a 2024 KIA for about 4 weeks and he constantly checked in on me. I let him know my situation and he made it happen once I was ready to come in to visit. His communication is great and I didn’t feel like I was being “hassled” to get a car like how other dealerships treat you.
