I found a Toyota Highlander and met Andreas Small at the dealership. He was an absolute pleasure working with. Number one, he is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and the process. I met with other dealers at other dealerships, and they couldn’t answer the basics. Andreas had an Answer for every question, and for those things he was unsure of, he had an entire cadre of other individuals to consult. The prices were very reasonable and competitive and didn’t require a lot of haggling back and forth to get to a deal price. I bought a used car, and the one issue that was identified after driving off the lot was dealt with quickly. The financing and registration process was quick and painless.
