Karen was very helpful in explaining to me the car options and features and since this was my first ev car I needed things to be explained to me. Not only that; she also helped setup the ford app and options and features and since this was my first ev car I needed things to be explained to me. This is my third SUV from Koon’s sales rep I have ever dealt with, he was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process. This is my third SUV from Koon’s Falls Church since 1999 and they have been wonderful to work with. Honest, helpful, and dependable. You are treated as a true customer from purchase through the life of the vehicle. Highly recommend Koon’s for any vehicle in the future. More
Textbook bait and switch operation. I called 12/26/25 to check the availability of a Kia they had advertised on their web site. I gave the sales person the stock number. I never mentioned the name of the car, The sales person looked up the stock number and confirmed I was checking on the Kia EV-6 Wind. He said that car was sold. I thanked him and good-bye. Today, 12/27/25 a different sales person, Tristan, leaves a voice message stating "...the Kia EV-6 you were interested in to let you know that THIS vehicle is available and we have year-end sales going on right now. Let me know if you can make it in...". When I called back, Tristan was unavailable, but the sales person I did speak to confirmed that the car was sold. Even quoted me the last 4 digits of the stock number of the car. Fortunately I didn't waste my time driving there. Of course Tristan calls me back to see if I'm still interested even though the car I called about was sold. Well, it just so happens they have another 2022 Kia EV-6 available. The one that IS available just happens to be $4000 more. If I'd driven from Silver Spring MD to Falls Church I'd be vested in not wasting my time. caveat emptor More
