The Dealership schedule an appointment for us only to find out that they had no one at the dealership to look at the van on Saturday when we arrived, but we were told we could leave the van for someone t find out that they had no one at the dealership to look at the van on Saturday when we arrived, but we were told we could leave the van for someone to look at on Monday. I strongly wish they would not set appointments when no mechanic is available, please just suggest we drop off the vehicle. The agent, Charlie, who called us on Monday and keep us posted on the work was very friendly and informative. He called again when the problem was diagnosed and a solution was found. We were happy with his service! Your scheduling department could do well to train with the service department so everyone is on the same page for the customers! More

Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. ! Mike was the salesman who showed me and my family the car. Things started off good, then took a turn. The car smelled of cigarettes. Still currently ! Before the test drive my mom wanted to see if the oil had been changed. Immediately we noticed a problem with the hood latch. It wouldn’t pop open after multiple attempts. The battery to the key fob was also dead. We bought this to the attention of Mike. While taking a test drive the hood of the car popped up. Mike closed the hood and stated that it must not have been closed completely from checking the oil. However, it was an issue that continued to happen. Even during my drive home from the dealership. I came in with a check from my bank in which my credit had already been ran. He then tells me that my identity needed to be checked without further explanation. I declined and his response to me was, “then you can leave.” His demeanor and tone was extremely rude. My family and I went to use the restroom before leaving. Where we were greeted by sales manager Max. He over explained why the process in identity verification needs to be via my credit. I finally agreed and now Mike comes back with a big smile. Fast forward, I called the dealership the next morning to inform them about the hood of the car and key fob. They instructed me to take my car to Koons Toyota of Annapolis. I did as I was told. While continuing to drive my vehicle that I only had for no more than a day or two. I started to notice noise from the driver rear side. The steering wheel was also drifting to the left. Koons of Annapolis did their diagnostic on my vehicle and informed me that the hood latch and cushion needed replacement and confirmed a few other mechanical issues. Max made sure I got a rental car while my car was supposed to had been serviced. Which I gratefully appreciated. As I may go into labor any day. The weekend pass and now we are days into a new week and my car still had not been serviced. Koons of Easton decided to not pay for my vehicle to be fixed. But instead pick up my car and DRIVE it back to Easton for repairs. I preferred for Koons of Annapolis to fix my vehicle since they seemed more reliable. Once I called to see why my vehicle was picked up and what all had been done. I was told by Max that in the past they had been over charged by Koons Annapolis which had nothing to do with me. My concern was my vehicle. After multiple attempts of trying to get an update on my request for the vehicle inspection and work that was performed. I spoke with sales manager Justin and he told me he would assist and service manager Anthony would take care of the vehicle repairs. Anthony informed me and my partner that even as the service manager he only fix what he is told. However, I was informed by both Max and Justin that Anthony would be examining my vehicle and then doing repairs. My vehicle had been driven almost 2 hours away. But apparently the noise that I’m still currently experiencing was not heard during the drive. Which is impossible. Max gave the excuse that Anthony drives different types of cars daily and certain cars make certain noises that they might over look. When Anthony was asked by ME if he had did his own check of my vehicle he stated he only does what is authorized regarding repairs. The fob battery was still dead and same repairs. It has been more than a week later and I am still waiting to hear back regarding the repairs for my vehicle. Someone called me to schedule an appointment to bring my car back to the dealership after the holidays. No date or time provided. I mentioned that I’m 9 months pregnant and due any day. Plus I do not wish to keep having my vehicle driven that many miles for a horrible experience. No update or call just complete silence. I would not recommend this dealership at all for any reason. This is a lesson learned and a great eye opener. More

This is my 3rd trade-up at this dealership. My Product Specialist, Rob, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. The sales group leaders and Brad, the finance manager, work together as a team to help you find the vehicle you need, with a deal you can afford. General manager JT should be very proud of his team! They always treat me like family. Rob even removed a complicated decal from my trade and got it on my new Highlander! If you hate the car-buying process, you should give these guys a change to blow your mind. If you haven't tried a Toyota... what are you waiting for? More
