The work on my car was fine but I'm not impressed with the staff of the service department. They didn't call when my car was finished and when I showed up to pick it up right before the dealership closed the staff of the service department. They didn't call when my car was finished and when I showed up to pick it up right before the dealership closed late Saturday, the paperwork was nowhere to be found. I was told that the work hadn't been done and I'd need to pick up my car on Monday. But I needed my car! I asked for the key, planning to take my car without having it serviced. It also couldn't be found. After waiting around for a while, the sales manager helped to track down my key. It turned out that the car had been serviced but the paperwork had been put in the wrong place. As I said, not impressed. More

We don’t understand why it takes 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation on a Tundra. Previous Toyota dealer in NC could have me out in an hour! Service person said my Highlander battery was failin change and tire rotation on a Tundra. Previous Toyota dealer in NC could have me out in an hour!
