My salesmen was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I have never bought a new car before where the salesman knew more than I did. Thankfully Ford is making high quality trucks now like they always have, even back when my grandfather bought them. I had actually called before I went up there, and my salesperson sounded great on the phone that it was actually a real pleasure to get there and find he was exactly who he says he was and he never played any games with me. overall just a great place to buy from. my wife has her eye on a new edge and I don't plan on even shopping around for one......just going to go right back to koons on security.
