My daughter had the SUV 4 months only and muffler broke. It was completely rusty. We checked all features of vehicle before purchase. Who would have thought to look under vehicle the condition of muffler. Did the dealer know about the condition of muffler? Absolutely! Yet, they sold the vehicle to my daughter with the muffler in such bad shape. My daughter has 4 kids. She could not drive the SUV for 3 months because she did not have the money to replace muffler. The muffler replacement cost $2100. More

Unless it a quick lube job don't take your car to be serviced here. They kept my car for a week saying they didn't know why it was shaking and everyday they needed more time. Well the truck hadn't moved in 4 days when I get a phone call from the sales department asking if I wanted to sell it. I explored the option and they gave me low quote based it needing repair. I told them I'd think about it but really just wanted to know what was wrong and get it fixed. The sales department calls back and says it has a bad transmission, so I call service and guess what, they said the trans was good but need MORE time to figure it out. Id had enough of whatever games they have going on here. Not sure what the deal was with them but someone was being deceitful in there practices. More
I had originally taken my car to Apple Ford for a mirror replacement. The replacement didn't go well. I felt that Apple Ford weren't honest and straight forward. I decided to give Koons Ford a try. Koons Ford properly did the replacement! My service Rep David was pleasant and respectful. He made sure that I was satisfied with the work that was done and he showed a genuine concern about me as a customer. The rating system only has 5 stars but my experience with him and Koons Ford was a 10! More
