I recently bought two cars within one month, each from different dealerships. Koons Baltimore Ford and Ray Baldwin were hands-down the best to deal with. My other new car is an import, bought for good reasons, yet overall the Ford is more impressive and by far more user-friendly. On top of that, I've been getting nearly 50 mpg on the highway! When I got a small chip on the door, the dealership mailed me a paint repair kit at no charge - they also sent my plates to me since I live nearly an hour away. Ray is without question the most customer friendly sales person I have dealt with. I definitely recommend Koons of Baltimore, the Fusion hybrid and Ray Baldwin. More
