I was in the market for new Mustang. Researching different dealer inventories, I found one that I liked on the Koons website. I inquired on a Sunday, when the dealer was closed, but Desiree responde different dealer inventories, I found one that I liked on the Koons website. I inquired on a Sunday, when the dealer was closed, but Desiree responded to let me know that she would send me a quote on Monday. Monday morning came, and the quote I got was very respectable. Definitely fell in line with the research I had done. Unfortunately, it turned out that the car was sold over the weekend. Immediately, Sam was in touch to try and help me find another model. We labored, back and forth for a couple weeks trying to find the 'right one'. We definitely had our ups and downs, but Sam's effort and communication was top notch. I came to respect the time he was putting in to make sure I got what I wanted. Just when it was starting to look like we couldn't find something and may have to go through the custom order route, Sam suggested the Boss 302 or Shelby. I hadn't seriously considered them, but was willing to look. They sent me the specs on a Shelby they had in stock. That's when Sam put me in touch with Jimmy, who is in charge of finance. Jimmy came back with a reasonable arrangement that didn't have me hesitate for a minute. Keep in mind, up to this point, I had not visited the dealer yet. All interactions had been online. Which worked perfectly for my schedule. Finally the time came to head down to the dealer and sign the paperwork and get the car. I live a couple hours away. When I arrived, everyone at the dealership made me feel like a King, and there were constantly sales people and customers outside just looking at my new purchase. It made me feel great. Met Jimmy, the deal was exactly as we discussed, got the car cleaned up and I was out in no time. Really, it was the best and easiest car buying experience I've had, and I won't hesitate to recommend or use them again. More

He also responded to my email and phone calls almost immediately, and would always leave a message if he didn't reach me. Curtis and the management staff worked with me on a appropriate trade-in value in for my old car and helped me reach a monthly payment I was comfortable with. This dealership has been the best car buying experience I have had and I will definitely go back to buy my next Ford. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. More

Ms. Taylor's professionalism, attitude and her willingness and ability to answer my questions was the first step of my great car buying experience at Koons. I am a firm believer, the first contact of a business will either bring you clients/customers or deter them. I have purchased many cars and I don't recall being so at ease with the process. When I walked through the door, Ms. Taylor greeted me with a smile. Ray Baldwin, my sales consultant, a soft spoken and well mannered guy was right there. He introduced himself. I wasn't sure what to expect at first, but I continued to be impressed after talking with him. We talked as though we had known each other for years. Not only did Ray listened, he heard and understood what I wanted. He explained the process step by step, answering any other questions that I had. I felt really comfort with him and the sincerity of what he was saying. Not like previous experiences, where I had some reservations about the truthfulness of what the sales person was dishing out. I must say, everyone was so so friendly, it was unbelieveable, everyone spoke to me. That brings me to Jimmy Lowry, the finance director. Extremely nice guy, I think he spoke to me everytime he saw me,inquiring if I needed anything, making sure I was comfortable. Even though he walked at swift pace, he acknowledge me everytime he saw me. While I think I had a special case, the Koons Team worked it out in my favor. I had butterflies about the whole thing, but in the end, I did not have to settle for a vechile that I did not want or like. I drove off the lot with a smile on face the size of Texas, I could not believe it was possible. The saying "We're Gonna Wow Ya", they did. There was no intimidation and no shell games. I would recommend Koons of Baltimore to anyone that is in market for a new car, and a great experience. Mr. Koons should be proud of the team at this dealership. They over delivered!!!!! We first went to Apple Ford and walked out because of the poor customer service. After reading the reviews of Koons dealership we decided to give it a try and couldn't be happier!! Tom Snyder, our salesman was very professional,honest (yes, I never thought I would say that about a car salesman)and a great help. He never once pressured us and was very helpful with all of our questions. We saw Tom Snyder to finish up all of our paperwork and he also provided excellent, friendly customer service. We were in a bit of a rush due to other commitments and they helped to get thing wrapped up quickly so we could be on our way. It is very hard to find customer service at he level they provided(especially at a dealership)...we will definitely be returning customers! More
We bought a new Ford Explorer and love it! This was by far the best car buying experience my husband and I have had! Tom Snyder was professional, knowledgeable, No-Pressure, and honest. (yes, I never thought I would say that about a car salesman) He even let us know that a rebate we were after was $500 more than what we thought it was. He worked hard to get us the exact model we wanted and quickly. I awlays hate going to dealerships because I don't like being pressured to buy and it happens every time - this was the first time I felt I could relax. Jimmy Lowery was also very friendly and professional when we did all of our final paperwork. He let us know about the extended warranty's but never pushed us to buy them. I can't say enough good things about Koons! We will definitely be repeat customers. More

He did everything he could to make sure we were match up with the product required with the product purchased, 2011 Ford Edge SE. Koons Ford did everything to match the price points that we required. Even offering programs to save us money that we did not accept. Even though there were closer Ford dealerships to the Pasadena, MD area, Koons made the sale with courtesy and follow up unlike other dealerships. Knowing that Philo is an undergrad @ Maryland, I know he will continue to be a positive an prodctive assocate with whatever company and industry he chooses. They all worked with numerous banks and found the perfect deal for me, and got me into the perfect truck. I couldn't be happier with the friendliness and customer service, they had given me the truck to drive for the weekend before purchase, filled it with gas, then when I came in to sign the final paperwork they had the trucked detailed and filled again. I couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience, I will definitely be a repeat customer and would highly recommend these guys to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Within 30 days, I had a small problem with my windshield washer fluid lines and they took care of it right away. I live and work in Philadelphia and made contact with the Baltimore dealer over the phone about a car I saw on the website. Tom was extremely friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable with the purchase. He personally took additional interior pictures of the vehicle for me and even gave me his personal cell number to call if I couldnt reach him at the dealer. The customer service he showed me was amazing. I agreed to the purchase without even seeing or driving the car. Tom personally picked me up from the Amtrak train station in the new vehicle and completed the paperwork with me. Everything was explained clearly with no surprises. I bought the Ford Fusion 2012 and it has exceeded my expectations. Once my income goes higher, I plan to return to the same dealer again in a few years and see Tom to upgrade to the newest model. Excellent experience overall. More
