Matt was extremely helpful in showing me different colors of the Fiesta, and didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't want or didn't need. I told him the vehicle I was interested in and he stuck to showing me that car and that car only. I didn't feel pressured at any point to make a purchase I didn't want, and he didn't try to pressure me into anything outside of the budget I was looking for. Matt was personable and friendly, both to me and my parents, who accompanied me as this was my first car purchase. The dealership also offered me a really great deal on the car, and gave me a good amount on my trade in. Carol Walker was a pleasure to work with in regards to the financing and loans, and took the time to spell things out for me very clearly. I had zero questions go unanswered. She also had a great personality, that made the entire process a little less daunting and a little more enjoyable! This is my third experience - and each of them are just as great. My fiance and I were promptly greeted by James Cook. He was dressed well and very professional. I let him know that I had been working with Dennis via email. I let James know that Dennis had told me to ask for specific people to assist me. Thankfully, that didn't deter James from helping us look at the three Honda Accord Crosstours on their lot. We looked at all three and test drove one. I was then greeted by Dan Coy, after I fell in love with the Crosstour EX-L, and he told me he was expecting me and had been texting with Dennis. This made me feel great! Dennis really cared I was there! :) Dan was able to get me such a great deal on my trade-in that I didn't even both haggling their already GREAT price. While we waited for the finance department to become available, James, my fiance, and I all sat talking. While the wait was a little longer than I hoped (being 7 months pregnant, any amount of waiting/sitting is uncomfortable) James made it very enjoyable. Again, another great experience! I'm a busy woman with an overwhelming schedule. My previous 2003 Kia Spectra :-( took its last highway run with me, so I needed another vehicle ASAP. After weeks of searching the Maryland area used car dealerships and craiglist adds, I was beyond depleted and exhausted. Needless to say, I became hopeless in the process of purchasing another vehicle. Meeting random people who attempted to haggle a sale, Matt from Koons Ford on Security Boulevard brought new light to shopping for a used car. He was patient and kind enough to listen to my banter and venting on the phone. Upon my finishing he apologized for my bad experiences then offered me the opportunity to come in a look at a 2011 Kia Rio which from the internet was in my price range. Because I live 10-15 minutes walking distance of the dealership I told him I would walk there. Just as I was headed out of the door Matt called me back and stressed his concern for me being a female, the cold inclement weather and it being dark outside. He said he would come and pick me up. He arrived very fast (he better not had been speeding to pick me up lol). Yes he picked me up in what has now become my vehicle. Matt is knowledgeable and has an air of reliability. I felt confident about my purchase and highly recommend coming here to shop for a used car. I wish I had gone here initially, I could have saved myself worry and headaches.
