The worst part is they gave me warranty on truck part they fixed and the csame problem occurred and I had truck towed back there all a sudden everyone is so busy and nobody knows that's going on .. Here's the reality they didn't wanna honor the warranty on the part so they basically parked my truck off to side and forgot about it .. Two weeks and not one call to give me update .. I will be taking this issue up with upper management .. I didn't deal with Paul directly but if his service guys are this brazen it reflects his lack of leadership .. I will never take my truck there again .., More

I did not feel as if they were pushing me into buying a car but educating me. The sales lady Danaj was so nice and did not rush us. They found me the perfect truck and I am so happy with my purchase. The managers Mark Rodgers and Tom Snyder went over and above to get me the best deal possible, and for that I am thankful. I never felt pressured and Harry the finance manager worked smoothly and efficiently to get me on my way. Thanks to everyone there who had a hand in my first truck purchase! It was memorable and I definitely recommend everyone to come here!! Thanks again More

Ben my salesperson worked with me diligently to provide all the information I asked for and made my purchase comfortable and easy. Steven Ageloff completed my paperwork in a timely manner and helped me through the process with professionalism and ease. I have purchased over 10 cars in my lifetime and this was the best experience I have ever had. Thank you to Ben and Steven for being professionals and making my experience one to remember. Maybe next time I am in to purchase, they will have some Herbal Tea and cold water bottles. I wish F series had a DVD entertainment system as an option. (My friend recently bought one as well and he has 2 kids that would enjoy such a feature) More
Ahmed took great care of me. Walked expecting to not get anything, walked out after about an hour with a great car, awesome monthly payment and happy. He worked magic, literally. Out-of-State Mustang Purchase Experience Buying a new car as an out-of-state customer can be a difficult proposition, and doubly so if a trade-in is involved. It requires proper preparation o Buying a new car as an out-of-state customer can be a difficult proposition, and doubly so if a trade-in is involved. It requires proper preparation on both the part of the customer and the dealer, and above all requires a level of trust by both parties particularly if the distances are great. I was just such a buyer from Syracuse, New York. There were not many highly optioned Mustangs locally, and of several that were available the local dealers were not discounting to my satisfaction. Looking for a new car at the end of the calendar year has many advantages, but I was not finding what I wanted locally and frankly the local dealers forced me to look elsewhere. In my subsequent searches I came across Koons Baltimore Ford. The number of Mustangs available at Koons at the time of my search was over 110 in all trim and color options! 110+ Mustangs!! I narrowed my Mustang down to a single model that was available on their lot. I was virtually introduced to Mr. Mark Rodgers (Sales Manager), and I negotiated directly with him. I was a serious buyer and not a "tire kicker", and he treated me as such. We negotiated both the price of the new Mustang and my trade-in in the course of one day via email negotiations. This was a very smooth process, and he treated me fairly and answered my questions promptly. As noted we closed the deal within a single day. On New Years Eve at 1:30AM I started my 6-1/2 hour road trip to Baltimore and drove my trade-in vehicle to Koons Baltimore Ford. In the back of my mind there was a nagging concern that once there, something would fall through and prevent either party from fulfilling the requirements of the deal. I was welcomed by Mr. Derek Lewis and Mr. Mark Rodgers. I am happy to report that everything went very smooth and trouble free, and I drove my new Mustang GT Premium home and still made an evening New Years Eve committment. Without hesitation I would recommend Koons Baltimore Ford. I will also add that if there is a Ford in my future, it will include Koons Baltimore Ford. More

The salesman was extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable and patient with us. It took little time to pick out a truck with the options we were looking for, test drive and sign the paperwork. There were no hidden costs or fees for the truck which made the transaction easy and enjoyable. I would recommend Koons to anyone in the market for an automobile. More
worst experience in 43 years of buying cars & trucks Purchased 2014 Chevy Malibu on 12/1/16. Offer made & excepted via email.Salseman knew I was coming up from southern Maryland to pay cash for car. Ar Purchased 2014 Chevy Malibu on 12/1/16. Offer made & excepted via email.Salseman knew I was coming up from southern Maryland to pay cash for car. Arrived car filthy. Exterior not washed.Interior had trash on floors,in glove box.Front seat stained.Rear seat stained. When salesman questioned said car was used as loner and just retuned. He said they did not know when it was going to be returned. Said stains were from person who used as loner.Told him stains were not fresh.Ask ,if you didn't know when car was going to be returned, why did you lead me to believe the car was on lot to be sold that night? Since they could;d not clean car that night they took off $125. Next morning 10 hrs. & 90 miles after deal check engine light came on. Had my mechanic scan.Code was for rocker arm scelonide. Because the check engine light was on,passing gear, remote start, cruse control,start/stop & more were disabled.Called used car mgr.Told him problem & that code was for.I was told to return car to dealership. They would send it to a Chevy dealer for repair and give me loaner( car was still under 36,000 bumper to bumper).Returned car 12/2/17 was given a dodge for loaner(radio didn't work in it)Used car mgr. said would detail car since I had to drive back to Baltimore from southern Maryland. Picked car up 12/8/17. No attempt made to clean seat stains.Dirty sock in trunk. When given paperwork for repair showed no repair made. When questioned salesman he stated that the check engine light was not on ,when he drove it to the Chevy dealer.Paper work from Chevy dealer says scanned codes.Talked to used car mgr.Ask why did you accept car back when part not replaced.Said they did not fix it.It was sent to Chevy.Again ask why was it accepted back when not repaired? He shrugged his shoulders. 12/9/17 check engine light came on again in morning.Same code. Took car to my GM dealer, 12/9/17 AM,.They checked GM repair system data. Auto Nation in Baltimore had only cleared code. In 3 hrs.(with no appointment) they had confirmed scelonid needed to be replaced.Ordered part was fixed 12/12/17. This was the worst experience I've had buying a car in 43 yrs.I've bought from Dealer/private in over 11 states.Never had a car presented so filthy. Salesman caught in lies. No follow thru to resolve issues Will never let Koons "WOW" me again More

They let us walk out the door over $700. Called Koons Baltimore on our way home to see if a used 2016 was still available and we were lucky enough to get Ahmed. Car was there and he said he would have it ready for a test drive when we arrived. And he did! Test drove it, loved it, settled on a price in about 15 minutes and left with vehicle financed about an hour later. We will be return customers. Best car buying experience ever! More
