I think my frustration is more the customer service than anything else. Felt like I was begging for responses/calls/ updates when it should be the other way round On the numbers part I understand there is always room and negotiations. I still felt it was way off. I have 2015 Range Rover Autobiography, top of the line, mint with a year left on factory warranty. With 53000 miles. KBB says 54K for trade in. Your guys offered me 44-45 I think. When I questioned it with Del during my last call he says it’s becoz we look at all cars as ‘fair’ condition and value it at the bottom. I can show my RR to any novice on the street and he will say it is in excellent condition lol. I challenge your dealership to find flaws. The leather, seats, paint is still like new. That model still sells for 60-65K online. You going to sell that as an excellent condition suv, then why give me a trade in value as only ‘fair’? If you want to give me 45k for the trade in, then the 2018 Baja raptor I saw at your dealership is only valued at 60k per kbb. Is the dealership ready to give it to me for 60k, then 45k is ‘fair’ for mine. Business ethics, honesty and customer service goes a long way! Just saying. I come from a family of MB and RR. I purchased a new wrangler last year as well and Jeep did not disappoint. This would have been my first Ford product, but sadly Koons failed to impress me. Mind you I was taking a product off your lot that hadn’t sold in a year and giving you something that would have probably sold in a week. Too bad
