We contacted Koons Ford as soon as we noticed issues with our newly purchased truck, well within the warranty period. We were scheduled for service, but upon arrival, we were informed we were not on the sche our newly purchased truck, well within the warranty period. We were scheduled for service, but upon arrival, we were informed we were not on the schedule and were then rescheduled for the following week. Once the truck was finally taken in, it sat for several days before being looked at. We’ve now been told that the warranty period has expired and that we are responsible for the repair costs out of pocket. More

I brought my vehicle in for a recall on a latch and had to bring it back because the mechanic did not fix it correctly, it caused my rear interior light to stay on 24.7 and the door would not lock and just to bring it back because the mechanic did not fix it correctly, it caused my rear interior light to stay on 24.7 and the door would not lock and just to bring it in for the same mechanic to fix his mistakes I had to make another appointment that was almost 2 weeks away.. he also broke the covers that covers the handles,it was returned to me with 1 cover on but very loose and the other cover for the handle was on the floor thats just the 1st visit, the 2nd visit the problem with the latch and light was fixed. But my vehicle this time was returned with the same cover I found on the floor still on the dashboard where I put it and the mechanic takes of the other loose cover and put it on the door he just worked on twice and left the other side empty.. both side rear internal door covers should had been replaced because he broke them on both that hold them in place, I take care of my vehicle and know they were never loose.. and the mechanic left one of his tools inside on the floor right when you open the door, all this was told to the service adviser and I was told he would have a supervisor call me which nevered happened..
