Low pressure sales experience I'm usually apprehensive about going to dealerships but i quickly learned Dylan isn't your typical salesman. Hes not the guy who patrols the lot like I'm usually apprehensive about going to dealerships but i quickly learned Dylan isn't your typical salesman. Hes not the guy who patrols the lot like a vulture then waits outside your car door for you to get out, he came to me very casually asked if i needed anything, pointed out some of the better deals in the lot in his opinion then told me if i needed anything to come and see him. it was such a low pressure situation i didn't have to go home that night wondering if i made the right choice in vehicle. Dylan is pleasant, knowledgeable and worked extremely hard with me to get my payments where i felt most comfortable, honestly just one of the overall best experiences i have had in a dealership. 5/5 More

Please Stop putting PROFIT above ones life situations! Your business needs to consider putting ones life situations above PROFIT Instead of giving false hopes to those who may see a little light and hope, Your business needs to consider putting ones life situations above PROFIT Instead of giving false hopes to those who may see a little light and hope, then get to your dealershi, because you were told that you could try to work a deal, just to be turned away with false hopes! It is a completely waste of time for customers to spend hours at a dealership searching cause you were asked to come visit and then be turned away be cause the customer cannot afford a down payment with being on disability.! Asking a customer to come in, by ways of gimmicks, just be turned away cause the customer that your dealership, requested to come by, can't afford the down payment and/or payment per a month, cause the dealership believes that putting PROFIT has to comes first when customers see some light by being asked to come in just to be turned away! You give a lot of false Hopes to customers, please put customers life's daily living first and think of their feelings way above profit, be cause one day, you will be in their shoes! Question: why should customers adjust their schedules, instead of the dealership? More

Stay away from this dealer If you value your time and money, stay away from this dealer, I bought a 2014 Honda Accord Exl V6 and they lied all over about the car conditions, I k If you value your time and money, stay away from this dealer, I bought a 2014 Honda Accord Exl V6 and they lied all over about the car conditions, I keep calling and all I got was excuses. They said that the car was privately owned, when in reality the car was used has Cab (TAXI) by the previous owners, also that it was fully inspected by their shop and it pass VA state inspection to, brought the car back to my home state and when I took it To an inspection station, the brakes pad and disk were were so bad, that it need to be replaced ASAP, also it had a bad front axle, when I Called them and ask if they will cover those repair, they said that since the car pass the VA inspection, they can't do nothing about it and won't cover those repairs, almost $1,500 repair out of my pocket, also the salesman was supposed to send me a second key for the car and which he didn't, this is the worst car buying experience ever. Don't set foot in this dealer, you will get screwed. More
