My husband found me a Ford Fusion that had next to nothing miles on it (17,xxx). I was more amazed by the price! All the guys there were very friendly and laidback. BUT, I do want to give a special shout out to Dylan. He stood out to me more than the rest. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. I'll be back when I'm ready for a truck! More

Their inventory, from what we've seen, is excellent, for "people like us". We have two young children, and jobs that require light traveling. As well as the weekend adventures that come with having kids. Or experience was top notch, especially for it being our first time buying from a dealer. The staff is really friendly and down to earth. They're not so formal that they can't have fun, but their very professional. They've made sure to keep in contact, and have met our every need! Thanks, Dylan and Orlando! More

Special thanks to Dylan, who answered all my questions with ease and found a perfect car for me based on what I wanted and then some. Not to mention, got me an APR lower than I could've ever imagined with my credit history. It was a wonderful experience and I walked out a happy customer. More
Stay away!! Koon's of Woodbridge had a used car we wanted to buy. We were willing to pay the advertised price, knowing it didn't include the processing fee, taxes, tag and title. The salesperson put the deal in front of my husband and there was an unexpected "recon" fee of $995, which was not advertised anywhere. He wasn't willing to pay it, so my husband shook hands with the salesperson and left the lot. If only it had ended there! Several hours later the same salesperson called him and said that he had the authority from his finance manager to split the recon fee if we still wanted to buy the car. My husband accepted his offer and asked him to start the paperwork and call me with the amount for the cashiers check. I went to the bank, got the cashiers check and was driving north from Richmond towards the dealership when the salesperson called again and said "We have a problem. My boss approved the deal, but the big boss isn't going to honor it. He doesn't want to do the deal." I told the salesman that I couldn't believe they would be so unethical, we had an agreement. He apologized and said it was out his hands. My husband called back to speak with the General Manager, Mr. Grant, to question the offering of a deal and then reneging...after we had accepted, the salesman had filled out the paperwork, and I was half way up 95 with payment. (Remember, THEY CALLED US with the offer!) Mr. Grant was unyielding, and said that no salesperson or finance manager had the authority to make deals, that we had nothing in writing, and that he could sell that car to many other people at a much higher price. He was shockingly belligerent, arrogant and pompous. He yelled at my husband, as if we were in the wrong. He told him that he needed to go buy a car somewhere else, that he didn't want or need his business! So much for their claim they "stand firm by our motto, "Yes We Can!" and "100% customer satisfaction." We have never been treated so unethically and rudely in any transaction. Ever. My husband left a message for Jim Koon, and he has not returned the call. More
Buyer beware I was shocked. My friend was desperate and Orlando got the job done. She got financed (bad credit). He did her a solid (she said). I go pick up t I was shocked. My friend was desperate and Orlando got the job done. She got financed (bad credit). He did her a solid (she said). I go pick up the car with her the next day And it is not ready. It is getting an oil change. OK, no problem, we wait. Then they tell me to go pick up the car at their satellite shop a few hundred yards down the road. I get there and there are no tags on the car. When I wait some more, I notice the rust on the rims. Hmm! I look under the car for more rust and don't really see any. I then move around the car and notice the hood is not aligned. I ask my friend if they gave her a carfax and she said no. I said ask for one right now before we drive this car off the lot. We get one and you should have seen the look on Orlando 's face. 5 accidents and an airbag deployment. This car belonged in a junk yard. Prices are not posted on the cats also. That is a warning sign. Buyer beware. Also, while I was waiting, they asked one of their previous clients to give a review online from the office. Seems very shady to me More
