I brought my car in for routine servicing. Once I dropped it off nobody in the service dept contacted me to update. My calls went unanswered (I was hung up on twice while on hold). Three hours after I brought it in a virtual chat assistant sent a message and my service rep called to say I needed brakes, which I authorized. Another 3 hours and no updates despite the fact the car was promised to me by that time since I had a childcare issue. I had to walk to the dealership to find out the status. It was done but nobody bothered to let me know. I got a text it was ready after I had already picked it up. I had a similar experience 2 years ago and stopped going to this dealership but thought I would try again. Service hasn’t improved - I won’t be back. More

I have taken my cars to Koons Arlington Toyota for many years due to their excellent service. Made an appointment to replace my 2013 Prius V 9-year-old 12V battery. They took in my car immediately, and after discussions with my service advisor, Mr. Kim and the technician Mr. T. Abdul, I also had the BG brake flush, BG coolant flush, and Trans service. I looked over everything before I left the facility and when I got home and everything looked perfect. The team that serviced my vehicle was professional and answered all of my questions and the price was right. Since I do my own oil and filter changes, I also like their parts department where I buy my OEM oil, filters, and wipers. I also note that Koons Arlington Toyota was voted the best Car Dealership in Arlington Magazine’s Jan/Feb 2021 “Best of Arlington” survey and I can see why. More
Worked with Salesperson & Managers for two days to find an Corolla available for preorder, only to discover that Sheehy has decided, given current demand, it will only sell vehicles if customers purchase a an Corolla available for preorder, only to discover that Sheehy has decided, given current demand, it will only sell vehicles if customers purchase and extra approx $2,300 in Koons provided extras & Hidden scam markups. Neither of which is needed for a brand new Toyota. Do not buy from them. I do not recommend koons at all or will ever do business with. More
