Burned by an oil change. I wanted an oil change, $800 later, I have all this extra stuff to pay for; cleaning and injection service and ventilation system service etc…. I made a service request last week thru Oscar for valet service today. The service was for 10:00. I spoke with Jay at 10:40, he explained the valet service was backed up. At 2:40 I spoke with Jay again and was told valet could not get in touch with me. I've used the valet service a few times and was home all day waiting for their call. No one called or showed up. We used to service our car with you, but the pandemic has cut way down on our driving. We've also realized that your charges for service are high. BIG EXAMPLE -- to replace my wife's lost ignition key syst cut way down on our driving. We've also realized that your charges for service are high. BIG EXAMPLE -- to replace my wife's lost ignition key system cost $567 the other day!!!! Outrageous for a simple system programed in an hour or two, using my own key!!! Most other charges have been well above reasonable costs, especially for labor. But Jay Kim is a fine agent to help us -- treat him well, please. Yet you omit him from the service department!!! More

Once we drove up, we were immediately greeted with a smile and the desire to facilitate the visit. We had an appointment with Taha, a new salesperson. What a wonderful and informed young man he is. He was ready for our meeting, quickly accommodated the test drive, engaged us with his own personal testimonies, made sure we understood the process, and made us feel wanted as customers. Andrey, the sales manager, was extremely helpful particularly when I personally needed clarifications. I appreciate how he and Taha collaborated. Then there was Gian, the finance manager. Finance discussions are not always easy. I had sought a way to add my son's name in the online application but was unable. He is a student. Gian read my heart and thought of my son's future financial well-being. Gian made it happen. What a really warm and accomplished young man. Over the past 42 years, we have purchased Porsche's, BMWs, Mercedes, Chevys, Celica GTs, and my first car, a Camry. But we have never had a car-buying experience so seamless, so accommodating, so economical, so efficient, so informative, so polite, and so warm. Many thanks to Taha, Gian, and Andrey.
