I was contacted immediately after an online inquiry, and that level of attention and service continued throughout my purchase of a new 2011 RAV4 and the trade in of my 2002 RAV4. All concerns and questions that level of attention and service continued throughout my purchase of a new 2011 RAV4 and the trade in of my 2002 RAV4. All concerns and questions were thoroughly explained, and Chavan even went the extra distance, personally transferring my kayak racks from my old car to my new one! The gentleman (whose name I have misplaced) in the finance office was very helpful and friendly as well, and was spectacular at add-on sales. It was about as painless a new car buying experience as I have ever had, and I left feeling like I had neither stolen the car or been fleeced by the bottom line, but that a fair deal had been made. I brought a 2009 Highlander and a 2010 Corolla from these fine folks. My salesman was incredible on both purchases and that was even after I had price/compaired deals at my local Waldorf MD dealership: Waldo fine folks. My salesman was incredible on both purchases and that was even after I had price/compaired deals at my local Waldorf MD dealership: Waldorf is not competative nor customer focused near like your dealership! I have however been getting regular servicing on my cars in Waldorf, but even after repeated disappointments even after advance reservations and slow service, I switched to Arlington. Your dealership is out of the way for me, but sitting in a waiting room in Waldorf for a minimum of 1.5 hours for my cars 5, 10,and 15K servicing really ticked me off. For my Corolla's 20 and most recent 25K servicing at Arlington, I gave that business to you all. In both cases Tim Kral had me in and out in under 45 minutes each time and each time he handled me like a VIP. Kudo's to you all. Excellent job! Tim Wood More

I have used Arlington Toyota for the last 3 years. They have always been very helpful and courteous. The work was always completed in a timely manner. You cannot beat the prices that they give. Working with the team at Koon Arlington Toyota was a great experience. I had a phone call with the sales person, Oscar Canales, to confirm the sale price prior to walking into the dealership. They did great experience. I had a phone call with the sales person, Oscar Canales, to confirm the sale price prior to walking into the dealership. They did honor the price when I got there, which is the most important thing in buying a car. I was there earlier than the appointment time. Oscar was busy with other customers. The manager, Chris Kronzer, greeted me and started helping out with the forms for financing application to save me some time. Later working with finance director, Alex Belhadi, was filled with Q & A. I spent a lot of time there just to make sure that I understand everything and Alex was very patient to answer all my questions. Without a doubt, they will have my recommendation and have my business when I need a car. More

I found the vehicle I wanted online and went to test drive it on a Saturday at Koons in Arlington. I liked the car and decided to apply for financing. I was given a sheet with some payment options and i drive it on a Saturday at Koons in Arlington. I liked the car and decided to apply for financing. I was given a sheet with some payment options and interest rates, which were very high. I politely said no thanks and left. After thinking about it, I decided to go forward with their offer, given the current credit situation in our economy and the great price of the vehicle. When I called to tell the salesman that, he indicated that that was only a pre-approval and I would need a cosigner. I couldnt quite undertand this, since they ran my credit and gave me this peice of paper showing what my payments would be if I agreed to these terms. I then got a family member to cosign for me, who unfortunately lives in New York. This family member called and gave all of his information over the phone and was told the paperwork was to be mailed out to him the next day, once I came in and delivered my down payment and signed my portion of the paperwork. I went in the next day (on a Friday) and waited over an hour to see the sales manager to sign the paperwork, even though I told them I was in a hurry. I left the dealership at 12:30 and was told the papers were to be overnighted to my family member to sign and send back and I should have my car by Tuesday. After following up on Monday evening, I found out the paperwork was never sent and didnt get Fed-Exed until Tuesday! Originally they were just going to send the paperwork regular Fed-Ex until I told them I needed the car by Friday for a trip, so they overnighted it. It arrived on Wednesday and was immediately filled out and in the Fed-Ex drop box by 1:30 to be overnighted back....however the return envelope was not filled out proporly and it was returned to my cosigners house! He then sent it out AGAIN but not scheduled to arrive until Friday. It is now Friday - 1 week after I signed everything and gave them my deposit in cash and I still do not have the car! I was just informed yesterday that the state inspection would not be done until they get the paperwork back, although I was told that it would be done before the vehicle was delivered. All in all, this has been the worst car buying experience of my life and I hope that others will read this and go elsewhere to buy a vehicle! More
Went to check out a new 2009 Toyota Tacoma. I have one being built already out of Carmax Laurel but it is to take a couple months and the one at Koons Arlington was very similar with the exception of a fe being built already out of Carmax Laurel but it is to take a couple months and the one at Koons Arlington was very similar with the exception of a few extra things so I thought I’d take a look and maybe make an offer. After 15 min or so I had to approach a salesman hanging out up front smoking a cigarette. I explained to him my situation and that I would probably give him an offer but wouldn’t be willing to pay too much for the extra things the truck I came to see has. He asked me exactly what the extra things were on the truck and I said I'd have to see it to be sure. It was apparently on the off site lot. He didn't seem to want to get it, even though it was 1 mile away. Accompanied with the reluctance to get the truck so I could see it, he also informed me they were selling about 60 trucks a month and that and that they wouldn’t be budging much at all on price. Riiight….60 TRUCKS a month. For some reason I highly doubted that. Anyway, he ended up telling me I would have to pay for these few extra goodies on this truck and that was simply how it works. (I think the extra things were a sliding rear mirror and daytime running lights). He didn’t want to be bothered. Just another lazy employee that thinks because he works for Toyota he doesn’t have to do anything and the cars/trucks will sell themselves. The only decent Toyota place besides one in Raleigh, NC that I’ve been to is Miller in Manassas. I’ll check there next. More
