Overall experience we had with Koons in Arlington and Oscar, our sales rep, was great. He is very friendly and nice person. As with many dealerships they start out high. They will make deals, but you have to have done your homework. Know what they car is worth, know what the car is selling for in the area and be prepared to wa make deals, but you have to have done your homework. After you accept the deal, the best is truly yet to come. The finance team is great to work with. They work overtime to get you the best financial package available. More
I thought the service was outstanding. At first they were tentative about telling me too much about financing (i.e. interest rates) before showing me cars, but they quickly accomodated me when they saw were tentative about telling me too much about financing (i.e. interest rates) before showing me cars, but they quickly accomodated me when they saw that was important and the financing rep told me about rates for the car I was looking at. I think they were honest and fair and we bargained a bit on the price but they respected the notion that I would leave elsewhere to find a competitive price and in fact met the initial price I requested which I knew was a fair, though good, price. Buying the car was a big purchase and they made me feel it was the right one. They also guided me through other models I was considering. I honestly wasn't intending on buying a car for another week but Oscar made me feel like I was making the right decision and getting a price that was good for both of us and that the purchase was the right move. I would have perhaps liked to hear a little more about packages and features available. It was after I went home that I realized I wanted to add a Blue tooth which I did, along with the leather - I called and it was arranged, no problem. Diego was very fast with the turnaround and when I picked up the car he was thorough in demonstraing how to use the bluetooth. Even though I would have liked to learn more in some cases, to be honest, I was at the dealership for four hours and I think I learned the most important things to make a decision. Additionally they had lunch available for us which helped us cope with the stay. Even my three year old survived very well indeed. Richard was also very good with financing and explaining options. I was very pleased all around and would go back and recommend the dealership toother. More
Chethan Chavan is great! I didn't feel pressured and the was given a lot of space to think on my own. We had little to no negotiation which some might see as good and others bad. I felt fine with it. I also appreciate that they are near my office which is great for service--and they have a shuttle. Chethan spent a lot of time helping me understand my options. He even helped me with my bike rack, and he set up my Bluetooth! More

We have purchased and serviced three Camrys at Koon Arlington since 1999. The service has always been always OK. Recently it has improved to EXCELLENT. Service manager Dean Vanelsteyn has done an excel Arlington since 1999. The service has always been always OK. Recently it has improved to EXCELLENT. Service manager Dean Vanelsteyn has done an excellent job for us. He revived our 1999 Camry, which had been neglected for 30K miles. The car now runs like new [almost]. Dean is hard working, knowledgable, honest and straightforward. His work on our 1999 Camry convinced us to purchase our third [2011] Camry from Koon in December. Dean and his certified tech Hugh Wilson just did our first 5K service job, and threw in a free VA safety inspection. We were impressed! More

This was my 4th vehicle and my best experience ever. Trevor was excellent, not to pushy and showed exactly what I wanted. Oscar was wonderful in finance, he worked with me to the best deal available. I fell in love with the car during the test drive but I had made my mind that if the figures weren't right, I was leaving. Now I'm the proud owner of a new 2011 Avalon and I LOVE my car!!!! I wasn't there long,I was used to being at a dealer for at least 6-8 hrs to finance a vehicle, but this wasn't nearly as long and painless. What more could you ask for. I will definitely recommend Koons along with Trevor and Oscar,Thank you guys!!!! More
