Excellent experience at the service center. I was having problems making sure my insurance would pay for the repairs, but Peter went the extra mile in coordinating with them. I am not kind of person who usually writes online reviews. However, I feel obligated since I have received great service from Koons Arlington Toyota. I compared the prices with all dealers around th reviews. However, I feel obligated since I have received great service from Koons Arlington Toyota. I compared the prices with all dealers around the area and Koons Arlington had the best deal (online & in-person). The total amount difference was not much; however the respect, straight forward answers, and welcoming attitude I got at this dealership was not comparable to other dealers I have dealt with. I changed my mind few times on the model of the Sienna I wanted to buy but the sales Manager Chris Kronz was very patience with me. He was very professional and treated me with respect. Chris compared few options on different models of Sienna which made my decision easier. The car I picked wasn’t in their lot; however, Chris told me that he will get it for me. I did lots of research online before I bought and based on my research Koons Arlington Toyota Pleased/WOWED me (I never thought I would used that term :-)). I also dealt with Henry Garcia, who was also very helpful and nice. During my paper work Bruno Garcia and Mike helped me a lot. Also subsequent to my purchase, Steve and Bruno walked me through the car and made sure I was okay with everything. There was a small issue I pointed out to Bruno who got it fixed in very short period of time. I negotiated with Chris to put in a crossbar in my Sienna; since they didn’t have it in the inventory they couldn’t install it the day I purchased the car. I got calls from Bruno and Deigo couple of days after my purchase to take my car in for installation. I will do that this weekend. I understand the dealership is in business to make money and it’s very hard to make money and at the same time make customer happy. But I think customer wants dealers to be honest and straight forward. I think Koons Arlington came closer than anyone else in the area. I would definitely buy again from them if they maintain the current attitude and quality of service. Also I see lots of bad reviews on the service side, so I promise I will do another update once I start taking my car for services. More

When you do your homework like I did, you will know that you are talking to a seasonsed professional when you first make that call. However, once you get to the delearship, make sure your prospective salesp you are talking to a seasonsed professional when you first make that call. However, once you get to the delearship, make sure your prospective salesperson is honest enough to say, '...I know this, I don't know about that ... will ask my colleague on that one ...' If you meet one who sales used cars of all makes, years and models and claims to be an expert on everything, I will suggest you run immediately. Honesty is key! You also wanna make sure they can answer as many 'what if' questions especially concerning the numbers. Listenning between the lines to see if their whole body speaks the same language like the sound from their mouth helps the most. It's not always easy to add bills. However, when your body fits perfectly in that car ... your brain sees the complete rationale and your heart sinks in, it's OK! To get to this 'brain-body-heart' synchonicity, you will need a patient, honest, kind, and seasoned professional salesperson to get there. Mr Steve Cox is that kind of guy!!! More

I recently purchased a used Nissan Altima from Koons Arlington Toyota/Scion. The customer service I received was excellent. I had been to a dozen dealers before stopping at this one and all the previous Arlington Toyota/Scion. The customer service I received was excellent. I had been to a dozen dealers before stopping at this one and all the previous dealers were very pushy and flat out lied about damages that we found with each car. It was a relief to find a dealer where the employees were more concerned with giving you exactly what you wanted rather than what they wanted you to buy. The employee I dealt with was knowledgeable, friendly, and considerate of my & my boyfriends previous knowledge of vehicles. The quality of the vehicle was excellent for a 6 year old car and even after having it looked over by another dealership after purchase, everything was found to be in good order. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and personable. I thought that the out the door price was a little high but that seems to be the case everywhere these days and after searching the internet I found that the sale price was about average. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this dealership to many of my friends. More
