We drove 2 hours to look at a Lexus RX350 that had a clean carfax only to find out the information was inaccurate. The car was in an accident and previous stolen. None of which was reported on carfax and the salesperson denied it until several flaws and red flags were noted during intial test drive at which point our concerns were confirmed. I would give the sales kid the benefit of the doubt as he seemed surprised too but otherwise shady dudes with junk cars from auctions and terrible warranties!!!! More
We recently had to get into another car/minivan due to a car accident. We weren't too thrilled to shop around for anything, but after we saw a minivan that we liked we headed to Koons Arlington Toyota/Scion car accident. Henry Garcia came to greet us and introduced himself. He showed us the minivan and it was exactly as the pictures online. Same amount of miles and just perfect. We told Henry we were going to go look at other vehicles in the area before we made our decision. He gave us his card and told us that he would be there until the evening. Henry was not pushy or rude, he simply told us that the minivan was well priced and it was a great deal for a fully loaded one. After we did our complete search we had to come back, just because Henry had treated us better than any of the other sales people we encountered that afternoon at other dealerships. The vehicle was priced right at the blue book value and negotiating the price wasn't an issue. The paperwork was completed and he passed it onto Ali Zaka, from Finance & Insurance. Mr. Zaka worked his magic and found us a great bank that worked with our financial situation and was very thorough. He came out and explained every step that he was taking to get us on our way with the minivan. Soon after we were ready to sign the paperwork and Henry took the minivan for a final cleanup and got it ready for us while Mr. Zaka finished our paperwork. I am recommending Henry Garcia and Ali Zaka of Koons Arlington Toyota/Scion to anyone who is looking to get great customer service! More

If you have a question he will listen to it carefully and answer it specifically. If you need more detail he will do his best, and if it is still not good enough, he will get back to you. Although my wife and I thought we preferred the Nissan Altima, Alan showed us how the Camry would be a better car for us. No pressure, no hardsell tactics, just the facts. We bought a 2012 Camry and are very happy with it. Alan will get you the car you want and will be happy with, which is not necessarily the same car the dealership might want you to get. He is a good salesman and a nice man. More

I arrived at the dealer, the deal went smoothly, also with Finance Manager Chetan Chavan, who was very informative with the financing, explained it easily to understand, so not to feel overwhelmed. Alan took the time to locate the vehicle we wanted and offered us a great deal, better than our local dealer which is 2.2 miles away. I am extremely happy with the treatment by Alan, he was knowledgeable about the vehicle and assisted us in anyway possible to make it a most enjoyable buyer experience. My local dealer on the Peninsula was high pressure and just wanted me to buy anything similar on the lot and get me out the door. Koons Toyota of Arlington Virginia understands, that you're buying something that is expensive, that you're going to have the vehicle for some time, that they want you to be totally happy with deal and the car {you want}. I would definitely buy from Koon's Toyota again and make the drive again. More

I was looking for new Corolla LE. Got some quotes online and over the phone. From the start, Alan Soon was very straight forward and honest. I live in MD but ended up buying from Koons VA. All of that was just due to Alan's excellent coordination over the phone and email. He quoted the best price and i never felt pressured during the purchase process. If i have to explain in one simple sentence then it was my best car buying experience. My last car buying process from another dealership was terrible but i felt extremely happy after dealing with Alan. He explained all the safety features and car features. My wife has an international license so we were not able to drive two cars back home. He even picked me up from my home the next day so i can pick up the car from Koons VA. One thing to mention though, the buying process took much longer primarily because the finance manager was very busy due to several deals that weekend. Again, Alan was there throughout this process until i was done with the finance manager. Excellent service all around. Would absolutely recommend Alan! Thanks for all your help Alan. More

My husband went in for a test drive and told Alan what color we were looking for. While they didn't have it on the lot, he was able to get it the same day and took time to take another test drive with us that night when I was off work and could come along. The process was easy and Alan was excellent to work with. He made sure we had his contact info and followed up with us after the purchase to see if we had any questions. After a few weeks I emailed in to tell him I realized that I didn't have an antenna and he went straight to work to resolve the issue. Turns out it was in the glove box! I'd recommend Alan to anyone wanting to buy a car. More

Every person on the staff that I met and dealt with was totally customer oriented, courteous, helpful, and very pleasant. Alladin Laarissi, the Sales Manager, was attentive during the entire time that I was looking at and purchasing a new car with a trade in. I could not be more impressed with the attention I received, the efficiency of every process, the entire staff including the person who prepared my new car for its release, and the total experience that I had at Koons. I would recommend Koons Arlington Toyota without hesitation. More
I was e-mailed a price online for a specific car. I went to the dealer asked for the employee who e-mailed me the price. I made an offer and we went back inside where I showed them their WOW price was the same as advertised prices on other sites for that car. They wouldn't budge any lower. I then sat there another 15 minutes while he brought a manager. I spoke with manager and asked to see the exact car I had asked to see the first time. I waited for about 30 minutes while they found the car. I gave it a look over and agreed to the original price. I then waited another 20 minutes for them to get the paperwork going. I bought from them mainly because that price was lower than anywhere else I could find. They were friendly enough but didn't go above and beyond by any means. Spent a lot of time waiting around on the sales floor. More
I was in the market for a new hybrid vehicle. I had my mind set on test driving (and hopefully buying) a Prius C. Upon arriving at Koons Toyota, I immediately met sales consultant Alan Soon, who told me t mind set on test driving (and hopefully buying) a Prius C. Upon arriving at Koons Toyota, I immediately met sales consultant Alan Soon, who told me to think twice about this decision, as in his experience and in his own personal opinion, I would probably be much happier with a regular Prius vice the Prius C. I test drove the C, and sure enough, I was not very impressed with this vehicle, Alan was right. I then test drove a 2012 Prius Two and fell instantly in love with the car. I wanted to upgrade to the Prius Three (for the Entune Apps and reverse camera), which Alan assured me the dealership had (in the color I wanted), so I was able to get the car THAT DAY if I wanted to. What was most important was that Alan never pressured me into anything. This was the first dealership I went to, and Alan offered me a great "end of month" deal on the Prius 3 that was too good to pass up. I left to go home and think about the deal, but came back THE SAME NIGHT to sign the paperwork and get the car! Alan hung around to oversee the paperwork process with me, and after finishing with the business manager (Michael Fink, which was after 10 pm), Alan was still there to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase (he was the last salesman/person at the dealership, besides the business manager who I just finished speaking to, talk about commitment to your customers). He had extensive knowledge about the vehicle (synthetic oil changes every 10K miles!) that made the experience that much easier and informative. He was easy to talk and ask questions of, he was professional, funny, personable, and relatable. We liked him so much that after leaving Koons to think about the deal (I had not bought the car yet) we went to another Toyota dealership in the area just to see what they could offer price-wise, but the salesman we met was cocky, arrogant, and rude (and couldn't match Alan's price for the Prius 3), so we simply walked out and returned that night to buy the car from Koons Toyota. We also wanted to see the commission go to someone who spent the time and effort with me as I made one of the biggest financial decisions in my life, and Alan was more than deserving of this. I highly recommend him to anybody looking for a no pressure car buying experience. Head to Koons Toyota in Arlington, and ask for Alan, you can't go wrong. More
