My wife and I had a great experience at Koons. Oscar, our sales rep, was friendly and helpful. Alladin, one of the sales managers, was fair and honest about what he could do for us and even went out of our sales rep, was friendly and helpful. Alan and Oscar both dropped off the car at our home because it had to be driven from another dealer. They were super helpful when they dropped it off and answered all my questions - didn't feel rushed at all. Alex was also a great resource! All in all, a great car buying experience. Tache is PHENOMENAL! I purchased my 2010 Yaris from him a few years ago. He seriously reminded me of my father (which is a HUGE compliment.) He is caring, informative, patient, and straightforward. He treats each and every customer as a beloved relative rather than an opportunity for a sale. When it was time to sell back my beloved Yaris, I knew I had to go back to Koons. Tache took time out of his day to make sure that I had the best experience possible. He even offered me a treat from Colombia! I have already sent friends to Tache, and will continue to do so in the future. He is the complete opposite of the stereotypical car salesman, and deserves to be applauded for his professionalism and care. During this last interaction, I also worked with Alan and Aladdin. Both were friendly, considerate, and helpful. At no point did I feel rushed or like I was being taken advantage of. It is clear that these three men are invested in making sure every person who walks into Koons has a great experience! More
Koons Arlington Toyota is undoubtedly the best dealership in the Metropolitan Area, as such I give them a 5 Star rating. I purchased my first Sienna from Koons Arlington Toyota in 2003 and most recently purchased my second Sienna as well. My schedule between work, school, and family life leaves me very little time to spend wasted on other dealerships games and/or indulging in “window shopping.” I knew what I wanted, and Emrek and Chetan got me the best deal possible. Everyone I have encountered at Koons Arlington Toyota is 100% friendly and eager to assist in all avenues or most importantly will walk with you over to someone who can solve the problem (as opposed to pointing you to a desk and letting you rehash your story). It’s refreshing to do business with such a wonderful group of people. More

In the initial communications i discussed my trade in possibilities with Walter Johnson and Bruno Garcia and set up plans to come down the following saturday on my day off. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Shant Yousif who asked if he could assist me. I told him I was there to see Mr. Johnson and Mr. Garcia and he personally escorted me to Ali Alkida who set up my appointment with Bruno Garcia, started the appraisal of my trade in, and showed me the layout of the area. I was blown away everybody that i met already to this point knew who I was and that I would be coming in and my situation ( very impressed with the intercommunication between staff members). Then I meet Bruno Garcia who is not only a excellent salesmen very knowledgeable but a genuine good guy. He wastes no time getting to know what vehicle im interested, why I'm trading in a relatively new car, just getting a feel for my situation then we walk out and start checking out the new cars until I find the one I was interested in. Upon arriving back in here comes the general manager Walter Johnson over to say hi and shake my he also questions my plans with the trade in and my future plans with the new vehicle. It was in email conversations with Mr. Johnson where I was a straight shooter so to speak that I received the same from him that the groundwork for my arrival Saturday was planned. Then I meet Chetan Chavan finance and insurance manager who has also been briefed on my situation and proceeds to show me what is best route to take for my situation and backs it up with tons of data and puts in laymens terms it was truly an eye opening experience and again very nice gentlemen. Back out to Mr. Garcia he has taken my car out personally to have it cleaned and filled up with gas. Well the car is ready now and Mr. Garcia takes me out and makes sure if there is any questions about the car and if he can show me anything. After a handshake I'm ready to go, then out of nowhere comes Steve Aurelio customer relations manager to congratulate on my new vehicle and to offer his service. Im going to wrap this up by saying the price isn't the only "wow" at this dealership the customer service is. More
I walked in to Koons Toyota and was immediately helped by Oscar Canales. He showed me the Prius I was looking for and had my old car estimated for its trade-in value. We negotiated for over an hour but by the end, I felt like I got a fair price for my trade-in and for my new Prius. Then, I worked with Chetan to do the finance papers. He was very thorough and explained everything several times. It was a very lengthy explaination but it helped me to understand all of the paperwork that I was signing. Both Oscar and Chetan have followed up with me about my experience. Overall, I would definitely recommend working with Oscar to buy your next Toyota. He was knowledgeable, honest, and very likeable. A few days ago I bought a new 2013 Toyota RAV4 XLE from Koons Toyota Arlington and a sales person was Shant Yousif. The people who work for that dealership were so friendly and so professional. Chiraz was perfect in getting a 2013 corolla for the right price. I had done enough research into numerous vehicles including the Civic, and the Corolla was the best price for all the necessary ameniti right price. Last month we purchased a 2013 Toyota Avalon from the Koons Arlington Toyota dealership. The purchasing experience was fantastic. Ms. Salhi was helpful in getting us the exact car we wanted at a good price. She also provided assistance to us in programming the car as we were not familiar with the newer technology in this model. Additionally, we were very pleased with the way we were treated by Warren Jacobs, Director of Fixed Operations, who went above and beyond to keep us happy after we needed a new tire and rim. More

After sharing my wife's SUV with her for about a month, we discovered that sharing one vehicle just was not working. I began to look around on the internet for another Mountaineer (why not..this one ran for 13 years) but it had to be VERY nice but VERY affordable before I would take another car payment on after only have one payment for 5 years. I found the 2007 Mercury Mountaineer that I would end up buying on Cars.COM from Koons Arlington Toyota. The low ball "WOW" price almost scared me away at first, because it was too good to be true. It was around 8:30 at night on around 21 Dec, and their website offered a chat feature. On a lark, I hit it to see if anyone was in...and the they were!! Paul started chatting with me and we made an appt for the next day..but I couldn't make it. I called Paul and told him it would be after Christmas before I got in, and he said no problem, and even pulled the Truck off to the side and let everyone know that he was working on a deal with me, so no one else tried to sell it. When I came in on 26 Dec...it was cleaned up and ready to show, and it had even been dropped another $500 to $12,499. This SUV books out high retail at $16, 200. No one else on cars.con could come even close to this price. I had my own financing from my bank, so this was the car and the price for me. There was an issue with the fold up/fold down motor being broken in on one of the 3rd row seats,"no problem, we'll fix it...we sell every car right" Paul tells me. With this price, I was able to get more than was they were asking from my bank, and pay a big chunk on my very comprehensive extend warranty that Ali offered me. I was in and out of Ali's office with an hour. Since then, the seat is not fixed as of yet, but that is a Ford back order issue..not a Koons. I have talked to Al the Used Car Manager almost daily on the status, as he looks for way to find the part faster. I had a few admin snafus on the Warranty Contract with things I wanted or had forgotten to ask for not being checked..No problem. Ali worked with the Warranty Company to get me every extra thing that I needed so that I have as close as you can possibly get to a bumper to bumper warranty for 36 mo/3 years. I plan to run the wheels off of this Mountaineer just like I did my last one. When it comes time for my wife or I to get a new SUV..this is where we are going, no question. If I have one knock at all, if if you have to call the New Dealership side for some reason..they appear to be short staffed and you get ALOT of voicemails, rather than the person you need to talk to. It took me an ENTIRE day to get someone on the phone on day. They are aware of the problem, and are looking for ways to fix it, however. The Used Lot picks up right way, but if someone you need to talk to from there, happens to be working in the New Car building that day...you could be in the black hole until they get the phone/personnel situation fixed. The price and the service overall though WAYYY out way that issue though. Go and get your "WOW" price now. **WARNING*** Don't let their low prices scare you off..They are all about volume, and COMPLETE customer satisfaction, so that you come back, and you tell ALL of your friends.
