Brought my FR-S for 7500-mile service a couple weeks ago, service was fast and courteous. I did note an odd smell (greasy sweaty odor) emanating from the cabin which I thought would go away. A few days late service was fast and courteous. I did note an odd smell (greasy sweaty odor) emanating from the cabin which I thought would go away. A few days later, the odor was still there so I brought the car back to be cleaned and disinfected. The valet promptly peeled off in my car generating smoke from the rear tires. NEVER have I been so disrespected in my 20 years of buying and owning vehicles. I still have a couple of free service visits to this shop but I really don't think so. The new car smell has been replaced with traces of mechanic stench and upholstery cleaner. More

Prior to submitting an email inquiry, I did an extensive amount of research on 4Runners and narrowed my search to the exact specifications I desired. I then inquired about a new 4Runner via Koons' website and received a very polite and informative reply from Shant Yusif. I'm an experienced car purchaser and also consult with a friend who was previously an auto mystery shopper. I was also in no rush to buy anything until I found a vehicle that was a perfect fit for me at a reasonable price. Shant and the Koons team rolled out the red carpet. He answered every tough question honestly and clearly, and expressed more concern about winning the customer on a long term basis with real and forthright answers than trying to make a quick sale for a quick fix. In this day and age of a tough economy, I was pessimistic about how a dealership and salesman could be so helpful and honest but my apprehension was nullified as i doublechecked all prices and promises. As stated, I was in no rush but found a wonderful deal on a 2013 4Runner with exactly what i sought. I received follow up customer service communications and am looking forward to a good relationship with Koons Toyota and Mr. Yusif.
