Best decision ever!!! I was in need of new wheels badly after my car of 10 years was stolen. Kenneth was extremely friendly and helpful, really the greatest salesperson I've met. He was determined to get that car for me, and by my surprise he did it. Chavan was just as great, he was hospitable and friendly. No pressure at all with the paperwork, he really took the time to help me understand my options. I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone who is looking to buy a new car. More

I purchased a new 2013 Prius at Koons, and the experience was great. If you want a sales guy who is willing to work WITH you, Shant Yousif is the man to ask for. Mr. Yousif was very courteous when we met, and he was very thorough in making sure I understood the inner workings of the car (the apps, bluetooth etc.). Car was given full tank of gas and washed before I took it home. I would recommend doing business with Koons Arlington! More

Brought my FR-S for 7500-mile service a couple weeks ago, service was fast and courteous. I did note an odd smell (greasy sweaty odor) emanating from the cabin which I thought would go away. A few days late service was fast and courteous. I did note an odd smell (greasy sweaty odor) emanating from the cabin which I thought would go away. A few days later, the odor was still there so I brought the car back to be cleaned and disinfected. The valet promptly peeled off in my car generating smoke from the rear tires. NEVER have I been so disrespected in my 20 years of buying and owning vehicles. I still have a couple of free service visits to this shop but I really don't think so. The new car smell has been replaced with traces of mechanic stench and upholstery cleaner. More
