I went to this dealer first and was greatly impressed at first, put deposit down for a Highlander. I was also trading in a car (Porsche), I got a price over text then I went and person for them to evaluate first, put deposit down for a Highlander. They then wrote it on paper the trade in price and vehicle was getting. Weeks went by, came into dealer to finally trade it in, now the same manger decided to renegotiate on my trade in… I guess his word, writing it on paper didn’t mean anything. I didn’t feel like arguing so took the 2k hit and moved on. Autonation Toyota is way better dealer to buy from. The GM there is a straight shooter and stands up to his word. More
