Horrible Personal Experience - Hope they can make it right. Very disappointing and I didn't even buy a vehicle. Contacted the dealership as soon as a vehicle was posted. Spoke to the sales agent (Henry) and Very disappointing and I didn't even buy a vehicle. Contacted the dealership as soon as a vehicle was posted. Spoke to the sales agent (Henry) and asked for pictures. After receiving the pictures I told him I would like the vehicle and would like to get dealer financing. Once approved I made arrangements to drive 1 1/2 hours to purchase the vehicle. 15 minutes before I left my house I get a call telling me the vehicle was sold to a walk-in. Would not have been such a big deal if they didn't make two hard requests against my credit report causing my FICO to drop by 15 points, only to sell the vehicle to someone else. So not only did I not get a vehicle, but getting credit towards another vehicle is going to be more expensive due to the lower credit score. Unfair and dishonest business practice if you ask me. I hope they can make it right. More

Abysmal Follow Up We bought a used car from this dealer for our granddaughter. They promised to follow up by ordering parts and doing minor repairs. Great Services The transmission of my car gave up on me!! I was debating to fix it or buy a newer car!! Transmission cost so much and not much of warranty so decided to buy a newer car!! I was looking for a Toyota RAV4 but not much because of work!! I researched online for quite awhile but couldn't find any to fit my budget! Then a friend helped me out and took care of finding a car and talking to the dealer for me and I just went the next day to sign and pick up my RAV4!! We had New Car Salesman Frank Johnson. He's still new at the dealer but he was wonderful!! Although I was in a hurry he took the time to go over with me and showed me some features that I never used before! Really appreciate that otherwise it would taken me long time looking at the manual! Then later I realized that I forgot my second set of keys and I called back and he personally came and dropped it off where I was! That was very of him because I didn't know when I can go back to the dealer and get the second set of keys!! He even told me that at the end of the month I can come back for a special day where they are going over any features and questions for any customers may have!! I totally recommend Frank Johnson and Koons Toyota in Arlington!! Thank you so much for all of your help and great service!! More
