Best Experience Ever Over the last few years I have had horrible luck with cars and car dealerships. I have been screwed over by a few other dealerships and was NOT looking forward to the "car shopping" experience yet again. That was until I walked up to Koons Arlington Toyota and Scion. Immediately I felt at ease. I felt like i was their main priority- my ideas, my concerns mattered to them. It wasn't JUST the selling of a vehicle to them. It was making sure that I was HAPPY. And I am. I received exactly what I wanted, and they worked with me on a price. I know I can contact them about any concern that I may have in the future with my new car. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I brought my car in for service to get a replacement engine mount. Which usually takes about an hour of labor and Koons Arlington Toyota got it done in 30 MINUTES!!!! They are the best all around toyota dealer in the DMV. More
