Always excellent service done in a timly manner I own two Toyota vehicles, both bought and both always serviced at Koons Arlington. And, for the past several years, I have always requested that the servicing be coordinated by Assistant Service Manager Chhay Hem. Chhay is always positive, friendly and customer care oriented. He is patient with my lack of mechanical expertise and takes the time to explain. He has been great with communicating and discussing any issues found with the vehicles beyond those I originally noted. He is good about separating critical needs, "needs to be fixed now" issues from those with less urgency that can be delayed for awhile. It is great to work with Chaay. Recently I stopped by without an appointment (do not recommend this) because I was going out of town the next week and needed to get a quick check-up. I found out that there were some major items that needed to be taken care of. The service crew did their job and I am so thankful. If I had started out on my trip without this visit, it could have been a disaster.
