Very slow at responding to inquiries. Also not willing to negotiate prices at all. I would not recommend this dealership. Internet sales personnel are roof and not willing to help at all. There are many other dealerships in the area that have better reviews. I have purchase vehicles from two other Koons dealerships. I had a pleasant experience at one the other I had a horrible experience and had to bring it to the attention of the GM, this Toyota dealership has been my worst experience in years. Don’t shop at this dealership and most likely just stay away from Koons dealerships in general. Look elsewhere. More

The car buying experience at Koons was much easier than I anticipated. As someone who is very skeptical of any type of salesman, Christian came across as very genuine and wanting to help me make the best dec anticipated. He was essential to my decision in pulling the trigger on buying the vehicle because of his knowledge of the vehicle and candid advice. Christian and his supervisor also showed some flexibility in giving me a good deal on new tires, which I really appreciated. I would/will recommend this Koons branch to anyone I know in the market for a new vehicle, and I would especially recommend Christian, who truly felt like a friend, and not just a salesman, after the purchase was made. While working with Oleg in finance, I did feel a little more pressure to buy an extended warranty after telling him I didnt want one, but he was willing to be flexible on cashing my check an entire week after I took the car, which was incredibly generous and much appreciated. We were at the Arlington used Car lot Koons dealership a few minutes before closing, and Christian and Ali stayed with us for three more hours discussing all the vehicles available. I felt bad about keeping them there so late, but the two of them kept a smile and worked with me, my wife, and my father-in-law to ensure that we received the service support that any professional would offer. We ended buying a vehicle from Koons because of the trust they built with us in those few short hours. What these two individuals did went beyond the normal work requirements expected of them.
