Excellent service in a timely manner. Brought the car in the same day I called and attended to the immediate concern (car didn't start and had to be jumped). Problem d in a timely manner. That repair was offered next business day. But since I had the car in and had new tires on my "to do list" they tracked them down and replaced all 4 same day. Thank you again for excellent service! REALLY! My wife bought a new 2012 Dodge Caliber in March of 2012. Has always had service performed at Kolosso dealership. Was quite happy until today. While having the oil changed, she requested to have the radio looked at. AM/FM stopped working about a week ago. Service tech noticed that the antenna cable had come loose from the radio. Quoted her $400.00 for a new radio and cable. REALLY! Not just a new cable? Then to top it off, she was charged $94.00 just to have it looked at. I think our relationship with this dealership has just come to an end. More

Went in for a quote for brakes that ended up being a 2700 dollar estimate for work that they said needed to be done. After paying 60 bucks to get my vehicle back I decided to take it to Bergstrom in Kaukauna for a professional opinion. Well lo and behold all that needed to be done were the brakes. Stay far away if you value your hard earned dollars. I would hope in the future that Chrysler will try an get them to be more professional or just remove their dealership from Kolosso. More
