First of all he starts on the whole idea that Kolosso doesn't like to pressure you and we want to do everything we can so you can have a car, and we really care about our customers especially the ones who come back and see us again, yadda, yadda, yadda. That already pisses me off, because I know you're trying to make this deal and make your money, you don't have to lie to me and say you don't give pressure and you actually care about me beyond my dollars. Anyway, we test drive it and it's beautiful! We fell in love with it, we thought it was a bit high for our price range, though. Well, we decided to wait a day or two and think it over. Well, this all started on Friday, then the next part was on Saturday. By Monday morning, they had already called my fiancee 4 times before 9am AND sent us a piece of mail about why we should buy and thanks for stopping. I'm sorry, but that is pressuring me, after you just told me that's not how you do things! Rawr. Anyway, we decided we'd offer a comfortable price range for us and see what happened. Well, of course they didn't accept our offer and didn't really budge much with the price. So we said, forget it, it was a sign to not buy from there anyway! My fiancee had to call them and tell them to stop calling us and sending us mail, it was ridiculous. They tried so hard and pressure so much to sell, that they actually lost that money! Customer service is definitely not something Kolosso take seriously. I was told the parts would be warranty but that the rotor resurface was $55 even though rotors were damaged by parts covered under warranty also $100 deductible for the front brake system to be replaced. On top of that all I received was attitude and smart a$$ answers from service manager. I was in talks with salesman about new Ram to replace my current truck when I first dropped off my van for service. But I have now taken my business to another dealer I will not purchase any vehicle from Kolosso so long as the current sales manager is still employed there. More
