The experience we had at Kolosso with the purchase of our new 200 was outstanding. We have never had everything explained as well to us at any other dealership in the Fox valley. This was not my first rodeo with Kolosso or Tim Smith, and their enthusiasm, professionalism, and honesty is what continues to bring me back. This was my first opportunity to complete an existing lease and their enthusiasm, professionalism, and honesty is what continues to bring me back. This was my first opportunity to complete an existing lease and had tons of questions about next steps. I tried to educate myself on the web, but honestly I learned in 10 mins with Tim what I could not discern myself from hours of self education. I asked for and received his personal opinion which I respected. Many in this day and age are afraid to take a stand and give a real opinion. I'm still a big boy and have to make my own decisions, no doubt. Its just so refreshing to have someone willing to give more than canned benign answers. I gave Tim some very specific requirements, or at least desires in what my "dream" vehicle looked like in my head. I asked to balance between value, cost, and flat out some things that are just nice to have and I'd gotten spoiled with in my 200 limited. Tim was very honest and set realistic expectations. He had me drive a vehicle immediately in the price range I went in desiring. We discussed the value proposition and bang for buck. He translated that into an absolute match that was right there on the lot. At 0 (zero) degrees outside I honestly had no desire to roam the lot. He knew his inventory, features, and my taste. The 2nd I stepped into matched my "dream" and I have crazy dreams :) You know when people say the movie is never as good as the book?.?.? Yeah well Tim pulled the Wrangler Unlimited Sahara, with all the bells and whistles of my 200, directly out of my head and I drove it home yesterday because of his willingness to listen and deliver. Customer Service seems to have become a dead art, often been replaced by widgets, transactions, and bottom line. Tim is an ambassador for Kolosso, and a reason why I'll always be back to keep Detroit Chrysler, Ohio Jeep, and Appleton Kolosso alive and well. Thank you, Kent Maichle More

Brought the truck in for an oil change and have someone look at the issues I'm having with the transmission downshifting and poor fuel mileage. The truck downshifts even on very minimal inclines when pulli look at the issues I'm having with the transmission downshifting and poor fuel mileage. The truck downshifts even on very minimal inclines when pulling a small trailer (1500-2000 pounds) and even downshifted when it was just the truck and 4 passengers with the cruise set at Interstate speeds (75). The transmission will not upshift after this until speed is reduced significantly even if the truck is going downhill without a load. Don set me up with Craig(?) to discuss this issue. During the oil change Craig had someone look into my concerns. The service team reprogrammed the powertrain control module. This was done to hopefully improve the issue I've had. Unfortunately it will be spring before I pull a trailer again. I'm hopeful the truck will perform as expected after this visit. I've been a loyal Dodge owner for 28 years and this is the first time I haven't been satisfied with a purchase. I appreciate the service team listening to my concerns and doing their best to address them. More
I live up in Florence WI. It's about a 4 hour drive down to Appleton, but I was on my way home from New Year's Eve in Milwaukee and saw one of your billboards on US 41. I stopped in and Jonathan was gr down to Appleton, but I was on my way home from New Year's Eve in Milwaukee and saw one of your billboards on US 41. I stopped in and Jonathan was gracious enough to show me the vehicle that I eventually bought. The sticker price was $1500 more than the car was worth, but I got a great price for my trade in, so it evened out. Today as I was pulling out of my driveway, my low tire pressure light was on. I took the van to the gas station and refilled the tire, but by the time I got home (3.5 miles) the light came back on again. I called the Ford garage in town, made an appointment, and got the problem taken care of. It turned out to be the valve stem leaking. Should this be covered in my 90 day warranty? I would think it should have been checked by your mechanics before I drove the van off the lot. Everyone there is very friendly, and ready to help anyway they can. I hope that holds true with getting a refund for the money I spent today at the Ford dealership. More
