This place is hit or miss. It depends on who you get as a greeter. Some are nice and some are not so much. Wait times are too long. After selling the jeep out from under me I called and spoke with Trista she tried to tell me that no one knew I was planning on purchasing the jeep. Yet later texts from her indicate that she and Keith spoke with Trista she tried to tell me that no one knew I was planning on purchasing the jeep. Yet later texts from her indicate that she and Keith and finace did know. She asked me how she could make it right. She offered me three other vehicles none of which were the color or same miles as the one I planned to purchase. Her final offer was the good old bait and switch pick a vehicle kolosso will sell it out from under you but they'll offer you a vehicle that is similar with more miles and for $12000 more and try to justify it by saying it has more bells and whistles More
