Then when I picked up the vehicle the service tech acted pissed off when I told him about the screw up! He did not want to hear it and tried walking away saying that he was too busy. He said go to the parts department and have them figure it out! Eventually Troy called to clear up the matter, but it was frustrating at first. More

Great service on a poor performing new car product (2015 300 Service was great....but the new car had to be in the shop twice in the first two weeks due to bad differential seal and a blown shock.
