Bought a car- finance manager very rude The salesmen we had was excellent (Neil Larson) however our finance manager we worked with (Amber Dow) was very rude to us after we declined the GAP p The salesmen we had was excellent (Neil Larson) however our finance manager we worked with (Amber Dow) was very rude to us after we declined the GAP plan. Then when she was supposed to refund me money, she hadn't for a while. When I called she lied to me saying they didn't have my card on file which they obviously they had to have because they couldn't have put my money on without it. Probably won't be going back or will make sure not to do work with her. A family member that also has gone there to buy a vehicle said she was rude to him. More
