I received a requested from DCuppy who was looking for a truck. I travel a great distance for customers who are looking for a specific vehicle and even drive myself to pick it up to make sure they will be happy when they come in to purchase it. We did not have a vehicle in stock that would work for the requirements he gave me which is why I needed $500 over invoice to cover the cost. I searched for the closest match to his request and offered to travel well over 200 miles for him. He ended up purchasing a truck that I did not have a fair chance to price. If I knew he would have considered other options or size trucks I could have given him a better deal on one I have in stock. Every dealership will offer the same rebates on a Ford. Keep in mind this customer came to me because of the great reviews I have received from this site. 90% of my customer travel from Lafayette and Indianapolis to purchase a vehicle in Kokomo because of my service. I will just try to offer more choices and even better service next time around!
