My buying experience Saw vehicle while doing research on internet. Had already visited other Honda dealerships. Contacted dealership and spoke with Tricia Horner who was main reason I made the drive from south side of Indy. She was helpful and sincere with my concerns about making the long drive for nothing. They had the vehicle out front for me to see with a sign on it with my name and my name on a welcome sign inside pre-owned sales office. Like most buyers I would have liked to have received more for my Honda trade-in but I did recognize that they had marked down the price of the Odyssey I was looking at to a very good comparative price. The staff was friendly and my consultant was knowledgeable and helpful (John Wayne) The sales manager Phil was very cordial and truly seemed to try to work with me to get the deal done. We both did some give and take on points which is only fair in a sales negotiation. The Finance manager Cathy was competent and I appreciated her honesty and candor on the warranties offered and the financing arrangements. I did choose to go with and extended warranty in part due to her method and approach along with the value of doing so. My only negative observations which are not overwhelming in nature, would be 1.) The length of time I had to sit and wait to conclude the deal and the paperwork. 2.) The vehicle was not detailed out very well as we found a number of areas that were quite dirty and not cleaned very well, even for a slightly used vehicle. Overall, I would rate the experience as good to very good and will recommend the dealership to friends. More

Awesome Salesman Josh was by far one of the most friendly salesman I have dealt with. He was not like your stereotypical salesman that is in it for the money and will Josh was by far one of the most friendly salesman I have dealt with.
