Buying a used vehicle Mike has to be one of the nicest, calmest, non-pushy car salesperson I met, in my life. We, my husband and I (Charles and Debra Sumner) have dealt wit Mike has to be one of the nicest, calmest, non-pushy car salesperson I met, in my life. We, my husband and I (Charles and Debra Sumner) have dealt with your dealership for many years, including buying a new vehicle. I brought my niece, Kim Brown, into your dealership, as well as four other dealerships, and Mike OUTSHINED all other salespeople in all areas. Kim did not know exactly what she wanted, and believe me she really did not know. Mike worked with us for two straight weeks finding Kim the right car. Kim is extremely precise in what she wants. (I wish I could BOLD and underline for emphasis.) Kim was hard to find a vehicle that was perfect for her. Many other people in my family tried to help her within the past 9 months, to no avail. Mike stuck it out with us until Kim bought a car. In the final instance, Kim put a down payment on a Mercury Sable. Mike allowed her to take the car overnight to sure this was the car for her. However, when Kim and I went in the next morning to see Mike Kim told him she was not interested in purchasing the vehicle; later that day Kim and I went back to see Mike to purchase that very vehicle. (Believe me, I could not tell you the entire happenings within this story.) Through all this, Mike kept very professional and courteous, never losing his cool or patience. I am not sure what was going on in his head, but his demeanor was picture perfect. Best Cuatomer Service Linda Simpson went above and beyond in assisting me after I had an accident. She arranged for me to pick up a rent car before I reached the dealersh Linda Simpson went above and beyond in assisting me after I had an accident. She arranged for me to pick up a rent car before I reached the dealership and made sure I had a ride to pick it up. She also took my car to the body shop and dropped it off for me. There are not to ,any people or dealerships that would go that extra mile to take care of a customer. I worked with Michael Reep to purchase another vehicle since the insurance company declared mine a total loss on Friday at 4:30 of a 3day holiday weekend. The insurance co was not giving but a couple of days for a rent car, so I had to do something pretty quick. I was not sure if I want a new or a preowned vehicle. Michael was very patient and understanding until I found something that worked for me. I ended up buying a preowned Honda Accord. He went thru all the ins and outs of the car with me and made I had s full tank gas. Michael also returned my rental for me and made sure it was also filled with gas.
