I had been to multiple other dealers in my car search and always felt overwhelmed with pressure. Phil and Tim were the exact opposite. Very knowledgeable and up front with all info. Phil even called the previous owner to ask about the history of the car. Great experience and great price! Refreshing Experience I had a great experience at Kokomo Auto World. We bought a Honda Odyssey and in my research the prices are about the same around the area. The diffe I had a great experience at Kokomo Auto World. We bought a Honda Odyssey and in my research the prices are about the same around the area. The difference is really the people and the service they provide. They made us feel like VIP's and I'm sure they do that for everyone. They brought all the paperwork to my house (45min away), along with our car and I purchased the car in my dining room. Everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I knew what car I wanted, and he knew I was in a hurry. How fast is fast; 1 hour from arrival to driving away in my new Pilot. I can't thank him enough for his no pressure, easy going attitude. In fact, I can't thank enough the entire staff who were friendly, easy to work with, and understanding of my lack of time. Cathy in finance had all of my paper work ready and was extremely nice and explained everything in great detail, but fast!. I would recommend anyone to buy a car from Kokomo Auto World. I actually drove from Carmel IN based upon a great recommendation, so I hope you take this recommendation and head on up to Kokomo! More

Awesome service I had my windows tinted and the protective coating applied to my new car. It was an all day job. Circumstances beyond any ones control occurred any my I had my windows tinted and the protective coating applied to my new car. It was an all day job. Circumstances beyond any ones control occurred any my car needed to stay till the next morning. I was not able to pick my car up d/t work. John went out of his way to deliver my car which is at least 30 minutes away one way and return the rental for me which was above and beyond the call of duty. More
