I would recommend him to anyone buying a car. Owen was also very helpful on the financial end. Getting a new car at age seventy-seven can be overwhelming, but it wasn't. I was never rushed or hurried along, all my questions were answered and John encouraged me to take my time. He wanted to be sure I would be happy with my final choice. No "hard sell" just answers and help....true customer service. Of course I picked one that was not at the dealership and it was just awesome when they went the extra mile to deliver my CR-V the next morning.
