Getting an appointment for service is never a problem either. Joe Potocnak (service) assists me on a regular basis, getting me in and out for oil changes, inspections, etc.. He is great to work with. The staff is always busy there and you never see anyone just sitting around. I don't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone. They sell great products and provide excellent service. More

The team members I've worked with, Cheryl White-sales, Joe Potocnak-service, Allyn Perry-detailer, are the best! They are the friendliest bunch I've every had the pleasure to work with. They make me feel right at home, answer all my questions and take great care of me. Koerner is extremely lucky to have this group of people on their team. I have two cars that I regularly bring to Koerner for service and maintenance. I rely on Joe to take care of regular maintenance on the Escape and with my truck some not so regular maintenance.
