Just had my first oil change done on my 2022 Subaru Outback wilderness done at there service department very satisfied friendly staff short wait time. Well , brought my car for service , paid for tire rotation and it was never done because i marked 1 tire and it was still at the same spot , the car didn’t pass inspection because of software issues rotation and it was never done because i marked 1 tire and it was still at the same spot , the car didn’t pass inspection because of software issues , this car is less than 2 years old , i was told that it’s not software and that i need to do drive cycle,never explained why it didn’t pass the state inspection, bad service .... My experience with Koeppel Subaru was nice, I mainly worked with Jordan (Sales) and Jose in the finance department both were very pleasant and easy to approach. Jordan was very honest and adamant about providing correct information when questioned about specs and features on the car. He did a great job assisting me with the process of obtaining auto insurance and gave me confidence with this being my first dealership purchase. Jordan has also been very responsive to my calls, questions, and concerns, even after my purchase. Jose was a treasure, with the patience you'd expect a great dad to have, he explained EVERYTHING twice or more if necessary with a genuine desire to make sure you understand the given information. I am very thankful for that. Jose was also very patient, he did not rush my contract reading or questioning process. I too believe he was transparent in his manner of business, and did not try to upsell me on unnecessary packages. Jose was very knowledgeable, and visibly takes his work very seriously. All in all it was a nice experience for a first-timer. Advice as a buyer DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH, READ EVERYTHING always, and it's great that you're here reading reviews already ! Maximum Blessings All. Waste of time Made an appointment over the phone for Monday at 8:45 am to have my vehicle looked at for steering issues. Got a call at 4 pm to tell me the cost to a Made an appointment over the phone for Monday at 8:45 am to have my vehicle looked at for steering issues. Got a call at 4 pm to tell me the cost to all the parts possibly involve. I suggest the less expensive solution but was told to come back tomorrow to have it fix with no loaner. So I was force to pick up the car asap before they close which I request to leave work immediately. Tuesday I dropped off the vehicle at 9 am and paid half as per adviser. She also told me she will apply 10% off the part. I received a call at 4 pm to pick up the vehicle. I paid in full and drove off. After looking at my receipt, the 10% wasn't applied. I had to make another trip to collect my money. I told the adviser what I'm expecting back and she said "this is getting ridiculous" and request my wife contact number. She mention a figure and was confirm to my wife. Afterward she hands me the receipt which wasn't even what she mention. She tried to play dumb and talk about uncle sam. I told her just give me the receipt and I'll be on my way. She stops me in the middle of the street just to tell me she made another mistake about the customer receipt and her accountant copy. As its clearly states Koeppel employee don't value your time and money including your life. This is the first visit and also will be my last. Being untrained is an understatement. This is clearly just unintelligent at its best. More
