They de decide to do a repair without letting me know and just called me to tell me the price. I had a great experience. got in touch with my sales rep emerson campbell and told him that I needed to bring the car for recall, and to check rear defroster. I dropped off the car and told them that I could not wait because I needed to go to work and I would pick it up next day in the morning . When I arrived I checked in and was out in 5 min.
