Poor communication with the customer. Call service for an update on your vehicle and you get placed on hold and then they tell you the service rep is with a customer and they will call you back but they d an update on your vehicle and you get placed on hold and then they tell you the service rep is with a customer and they will call you back but they don't. Call again and more time on hold. Excessive time on the actual repairs with more stall talk of parts being delayed etc. etc. Finally get the vehicle back and one day later we have new problem directly related to the repairs that were made.
