CUSTOMER SERVICE About 2 years ago, I became a Koeppel Nissan customer and owner of a Nissan Altima. I have kept up with its oil change and other necessary check-ups About 2 years ago, I became a Koeppel Nissan customer and owner of a Nissan Altima. I have kept up with its oil change and other necessary check-ups with their maintenance personnel. Each time I went, I was well treated; they were patient and respectful as my Service Advisor, Chris Urena, answered all of my questions regarding my Nissan vehicle. As a woman, I did not feel that I was taken advantage of nor talked to as though I were a child and they spoke my language, Spanish. After 2 years, I have traded in my Nissan Altima for a Nissan Rogue of which I am a proud owner and again, Koeppel Nissan's Customer Service has treated me so well, I am a very happy and satisfied customer. 18 Month Problem Finally Solved I have had a persistent problem with my 2012 Nissan Juke ever since I hit a pothole in January 2014. I had taken it to be repaired by various local ga I have had a persistent problem with my 2012 Nissan Juke ever since I hit a pothole in January 2014. I had taken it to be repaired by various local garages three times before bringing it to Koeppel. Each time the mechanics kept my car for approximately three weeks and returned it in a similar condition, with only a temporary fix in place to mitigate the effect the problem was having on performance of the vehicle. Each time the problem would escalate to its previous severity in a matter of days. Kevin Cunningham and Donovan the tech diagnosed the true problem in a single day. On top of that, Kevin worked with me to get my vehicle repaired in a very tight timeline. I was initially pretty stressed out (to put it lightly) as I thought I would not be able to get the car repaired by the time I needed it, but Kevin assured me it would be done before then and absolutely came through. This was an issue that was costing me a small fortune each time I attempted to repair it and had stumped every mechanic who promised me they'd have it figured out. As far as I'm concerned, these guys are the Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson of auto repair diagnostics and I couldn't be happier. 5/5, would hire in a panicked furor again. More

Kevin Cunningham did the worst handle situation EVER!!!, I'm sorry to say that but this "Office Service attended or maybe is to much to call him like this, I cannot use any other words!!!!" is a UNPROFESSIONAL, unapologetic, and without any experience, I'm not bringing my car anymore in this disgusting service shop and I'm make sure all people I know to stay away from this location, I hope in this coming future Mr Kevin you have the same experience P.S I'm preparing a right complain letter for the Nissan USA Headquarters More

Excellent service Brought my car in for service after amco told me that my transmission needed to be replaced. I spoke with the service writer Daniel Grande (Dan the Man)not only was very helpfull and knowledgeable and told me my vehicle had open recalls and gave me a rental car and replaced a maf sensor to repair my transmission issue. Although I felt completely suckered in Bay Ridge Nissan, I'm glad I was treated the way I deserved to be treated at Koeppel. On Nov 4, 2013 I brought my 2008 Maxima in for my scheduled service (oil change, lube) I also asked to have my brakes checked for pulsating action while braking. I ended up with a 2417$ repair bill f scheduled service (oil change, lube) I also asked to have my brakes checked for pulsating action while braking. I ended up with a 2417$ repair bill for various 'problems' found while in the service dept. In Dec. I bought four new tires from you at 928$. All my maintenance is done at Koppel my records will show this. I was told that this was normal for a six year car. Does this mean that I will continue to incur increasing expenses every time I bring my car in for service. As a retiree I will have to re-think can I afford another Maxima. john and donna chin More
Took my 2013 in to service and b/c of a noise and they said they test drove it on the highway and didn't hear anything and that it was fine. My odometer never changed from the time I checked it meaning my car never left the lot. They had me waiting 3 1/2 hours b/c of this test drive. Service rep said they can't watch every technician to see what they are doing. Why lie to me? I questioned whether anything was really done. Oil change? Tire rotation? What else did this technician lie about? Many ppl have advised me about their service center but I took the chance anyway. Never again and I don't recommend them at all for service. More
