Excellent I have been to two other Nissan dealerships before coming into Koeppel. One in Garden City(3times), one in Bayside. I was about to give up before going to Koeppel. I was greeted immediately and with a smile, which means a lot. They made me feel very comfortable as soon as I walked in. My salesperson was Alex Castrillon, and I wish I could give him a 10 star rating. He was the best, professional, knowledgeable, and very patient with me. He put me at ease and set me up with a fabulous vehicle that I love. Thanks Alex. I would recommend Alex and this dealership to anyone who wants to purchase or lease a new car that they can trust at an affordable rate. More
ISSUE NOT RESOLVED !!!!! VERY LONG WAITING TIME !!!!!! I have Murano 2012 with 40 k miles. The car started having suddenly very poor gas mileage 11.7mpg. down from 15mpg in a city. I didn't change my drivi I have Murano 2012 with 40 k miles. The car started having suddenly very poor gas mileage 11.7mpg. down from 15mpg in a city. I didn't change my driving style etc. I had scheduled appointment at 8 am, I was punctually, they started working on my car after 11 am !!! Since the service took longer time they waved my bill for $175 BUT the issue was not resolved. So I was told that I can bring my car anytime again for inspection. So I brought car around 8.30 am. They started working on my car at 12.20 pm and completed tests at 1.40 pm !!!! Is this the way Koeppel value time of its customers??? I wasted half of my day off waiting there. Very upsetting long waiting. Very. I was told that " they don't see anything wrong with my car, despite I reported very poor mileage 11.7mpg. Really? Is it OK for MURANO 2012 with 40k miles to get 11.7mpg??? And they say that they don't see anything wrong with this vehicle????? So I drove my car to the empty tank and filled it up and drove to the empty tank again and the fuel consumption was 11.7mpg !!!!!!!! This Murano 2012 is a piece of junk !!!! So I contacted KOEPPEL again and I was referred to Nissan USA to resolve the issue. I have Certified- Pre-Owned Murano that I purchased from KOEPPEL. It is very upsetting that they pass the brick and send me to Nissan USA. Nissan USA referred me to another dealership for inspection. There is another issue. During prior inspection they told me that I need a new battery for $199. But my battery works perfectly well even during the winter time. They told me that I need a new muffler because with mine I will not pass state inspection, but soon after I passed state inspection without any problem. I am very disappointed with this estimate. I am very unhappy with that service, the problem with my vehicle is not resolved !!!!! I will never be their client again. Service Director Tony called me - my mobile phone and in a very angry, aggressive intimidating, loud voice said " So you gave me such a bad review??!!! "So you gave me such a bad review??!!! "So you gave me such a bad review after all what I did for you"???!!!! and then in a very intimidating, angry,menacing tone of voice he said " you gonna see me soon"!!!! and he hang up on me......A call was very short, I had no chance to talk to him. He was referring to my previous review. It was an attempt to intimidate me, I took this call as a personal threat. Is it the standard of customer services for KOEPPEL to call its customers and complain to them for the bad review??? You don't want to hear the truth??? More

I walked out of there very pleased and satistified with both my car and a pleasant experience. I went back about a month ago to get an oil change , i asked one of the parts employees for assistance , Leonardo Lemos was quick to direct me to the service area and handled everything for me . I just sat down and waited until my car was ready . He was friendly, hepful and very professional. Thank you for an overall great experience and always making sure any issues with my vehicle are resolved. More
