I worked with Jim Mendez on the purchase of a CX30 Select. The car was delivered to the dealership last Saturday, I spoke to Jim a number of times via email and phone, and asked many many questions…I Select. My bank wired the rest of the money, and yesterday on 3/11, one week later, I drove off the lot with the car. From the time of my first call, until the time I drove off the lot, Jim was great, very easy to work with, completely straight forward, and just a very nice person. This was my first car purchase, and Jim made it real easy for me by answering all questions, providing all information, and lowering my a anexity level by being calm, professional, personable, and transparent about the entire process. Steve K, who we spoke to for finalizing everything before we drove off, was also super cool, very nice, and he was also very transparent about the finalizing process as well, and we appreciated that.
