A good friend of mine had recommended Francisco / Koeppel Mazda. I went to the dealership with some general pricing info from other dealers that I had visited and from online resources such as kbb.com and ed Mazda. Francisco was knowledgeable on many aspects of buying a new car and seemed very willing to share that info. He listened to what I had to say, was open to negotiation on price and did not pressure me in any way. 0% apr for 60 was not currently being offered by Mazda so I did not make the purchase on that first visit. As soon as it was though, Francisco was quick to follow up and we subsequently bought a new CX-9 Grand Touring AWD. A great experience, I highly recommend Koeppel. More
