From then on everything was a breeze. I was totally at ease after that. After I settled on my choice I was then introduced to Steve from finance who was just as friendly and patient as Jim. He actually made closing the deal an enjoyable experience. I consider myself very lucky to have had a great buying experience with a dealership. It’s not a very common occurrence..
